They fit the 0.7mm pencils. They are longer than the standard lead; for me, this is of no consequence. It fits inside the lead-holder end-to-end and you can close the lead holder with its cap. The lead is rather light on smooth paper (e.g. some diary paper), but is dark on even slightly rough paper (e.g. copy-paper). Again, for me, this is of no consequence because we intend to use them for day-to-day school work and these work really well for that purpose. The outermost packaging was damaged, but the leads came through without even a single broken lead; probably because the immediate packaging of the leads is in a nice, sturdy box which shuts properly and also had a rubber-band around it as extra precaution to prevent it from opening accidentally. That is very thoughtful. Thank you for the good leads at such a reasonable price.
