They were super bright… until the third time I plugged them in. I have a shelf above my workbench and needed some bright light everywhere. Got these because of the positive reviews about the brightness. When I got them, I plugged them in, turned off the overhead light and I was pleasantly surprised at how bright they were. These have pairs of LEDs along the whole length (one for cool white and one for warm and both came on). Unplugged, installed all around the underside of that shelf and plugged them in again to make sure nothing was wrong. Still good. I unplugged again and rerouted the power cord behind a pegboard and plugged them in again. Not so bright now. I looked closer and noticed that the warm LEDs are off now. Then a few minutes later, it switched to the warm ones, then back a few minutes later. I downloaded the app to see if that would help, but when I command them both on, it flickers and goes off completely. I sent feedback a few days ago and still haven’t heard back yet. I’m pretty sure it’s just the little brain box the lights plug into. Overall pretty disappointed, but at least there’s light where there wasn’t before. For now.

LIKES: Easy to install, brightness control, Kelvin color rendering options, 60-second delayed turn-off button (a great feature for turning the lights off to go to bed at night)DISLIKES: The remote control functions well, but it runs through 2.4G Wi-Fi. Our experience is that something or someone else was changing the light settings through the Wi-Fi. Not trusting the security of the Wi-Fi access and associated phone application, we removed both and now just operate the system from the included remote control. The last time we encountered a problem was before making that change, now several months ago.BOTTOM LINE: This product offers excellent control options and nice features for a reasonable price. However, we advise caution when using it through Wi-Fi with the smartphone application.REVIEW UPDATED: 22 May 2024

I'm thrilled with the purchase. The integration with Alexa adds a whole new level of convenience, allowing me to control the lights effortlessly with just my voice. The included remote is handy for those times when I prefer a tactile option. The dimming feature is also neat, creating the perfect ambiance for any mood. Overall great product, great service.

I purchased these lights to add additional brightness to my home office, unfortunately after installing them I noticed that some of the LEDs were not illuminating correctly whenever I changed the brightness setting, so I emailed customer service with pictures of the issue and I received a prompt reply of apology for my inconvenience along with a promise to address the situation by sending a replacement with no additional charge for shipping.The support team went above and beyond to address my issue promptly and with genuine concern. Their communication was clear and they made sure I felt valued throughout the entire process. Kudos to the team for setting a high standard for customer service! It feels great to buy a product that a company stands behind! And I absolutely love how the lights look in my office.
