Pro: I like the fact you can cut these to fit the area.Cons: The battery pack is too difficult to open if you tape to the underside of your cabinets. The lights are very dim.I returned and ordered the lights you can charge by plug in with a USB cord.

I've used several different types of batteries and these lights are the worst - they must be draining the battery even when the lights are off. I have 2 of them installed and they're both the same - bad.

Bought a set of these so that we could install one strip on the shelf where our Nativity set sits - it was very easy to install, and the adhesion of the strips and battery pack are both really good. I was amazed at the battery life - I'd done some back-of-the-napkin math (wrong, apparently) and figured we'd be replacing batteries a lot, but they last a very long time. The light is a pleasant warm light (very much like an incandescent bulb), and while not overbright it's bright enough to be more than decorative if you need that (placement makes a big difference, try before you finally stick it down). Given the battery life and brightness I'm finding new uses all over the house.

Very easy to setup. Recommend cleaning the spot selected for battery box prior to placing the box.

used this to line the big metal threshold going out of our balcony. The new high thresholds required on hurricane sliding doors are ridiculously huge, and an extreme tripping hazard. A stupid regulation. That being said, these lights are very helpful . The lights will definitely keep our friends and family from tripping out the door. They were easy to install and I attached the little battery box with the on off button right next to the wall. when the lights are off, it's barely noticeable.
