Extremely Functional & Durable Ratcheting Adapter. Gives my long-handled breaker bars the ability to ratchet, which has made things EXTREMELY easy on the job! I use a set of these in my toolbox at work as well as under the hood on my personal vehicles and various needs around the house.In the 3 years I've been using them, they provide excellent grip, are very durable and properly weighted, and extremely worth spending the money on.Can't comment on the customer service given because THEY WONT BREAK! I've put them to the test pretty well and they've remained solid, with their ratcheting feature still operating correctly every time.

I HAD TO TRY ONE OF THESE NIFTY RATCHET HEADS AND I AM EXCITED ABOUT THIS RELATIVELY NEW TOOL. I FOUND THE TRANSITION FROM BREAKER BAR TO RATCHET TO BE SLOW AND AT TIMES A DIFFICULT PROCESS DUE TO SEMI-SEIZED OR RUSTY BOLTS. THIS ADAPTER ALLOWS YOU TO GET A FEW QUICK TURNS ON A BOLT WITHOUT REPOSITIONING YOUR BREAKER BAR. THE FINISH IS THE BEST CURRENTLY AVAILABLE AND IT HAS A SLEEK DESIGN.... I DO WANT TO ADDRESS SOME OF THE POOR REVIEWS. THE RATCHET HEAD HAS THREE POSITIONS: LOOSEN, FIXED AND TIGHTEN. ALOT OF THE REVIEWS SAID THEY WERE UNABLE TO GET THE RATCHET TO LOOSEN OR TIGHTEN.....MEANING THEY WERE IN THE BREAK OR FIXED POSITION (IE THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO USE IT; GRANTED IT DOES NOT COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS). SOMETIMES IT IS A LITTLE TEMPERMENTAL ABOUT SHIFTING BETWEEN THE THREE POSITIONS BUT WITH A SLIGHT JIGGLE OR TWIST IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION IT TENDS TO CORRECT ITSELF. WE APPLAUDE THE INNOVATION AND FORSIGHT BEHIND THIS TOOL AND HOPE TO SEE A MORE REFINED VERSION (MAYBE IN FULL CHROME). I CAN RECOMMEND THIS RATCHET HEAD ADAPTER AT THIS TIME.

Estéticamente le doy 10, lo que no me gustó es que en la posición neutra (no gira para ningún lado) tiene mucho juego. Por eso decidí devolverla.
