This is a great product. It was easy to setup and I had no issues with the first setup and use. Customer support was amazing and assisted with some troubles I experienced when I set it up incorrectly after moving my workspace. They quickly diagnosed the issue and I was up and running again. From purchase this product and the customer support has been amazing.

I wanted towait a couple of months before reviewing the product to be able to write a fair and accurate review.Well, after 3 months, I can safely say it has completely simplified the way I connect my dual monitor set up and all my devices! If you are connecting 2 or 3 monitors from your laptop for work or leisure, this little powerhouse is the way to go.The build quality of the hub is exceptional. It feels sturdy and durable, and the sleek design seamlesslycomplements my laptop. The compact size allows it to tuck into the corner of my desk and I can evenstore my connected laptop in it and simply run the two large 4K monitors.The variety of ports on this hub is impressive. Overall, nice product. There is a lot to like about this dock with something to improve on. I like that it saves the desk space by using horizontal space. A good amount of ports to connect all your peripherals. The included power adapter is sufficient for 13 13-inch MacBook Pro, but for 15-inch it took longer to charge. Maybe that is not an issue if you keep your computer plugged at all times. Another thing I did not like was that it required you to install a software to use two monitors in extended display. I don't like installing additional things on my computer. That for me is the biggest drawback. But if you are fine with that, this is a nice dock for the price.
