I only needed the skirt never wore the top. It fit great, stayed up the inside is not itchy it’s a smooth material.

I purchased this for my 3 year old for the 4th of July and it was perfect. It fit true to size and the top was a great quality. The tutu skirt was fun but a little scratchy. I loved the letters on the top vs just being printed on. I would recommend this set to others.
