This plug-in surge-protector id effective and compact. For equipment adjacent to a plug, it avoids the usual snarl of power-strips, while providing superior surge protection. I shall buy another for a less critical application, on the other side of my bedroom. it is aesthetically pleasing, even where it's not really essential. Power-cord snarls are messy and are hard to clean around.

Had a lot of damage to electronic items due to lightning, insurance did not pay for all of it. So hopefully, I have learned a lesson. We have installed whole house surge protectors in the breaker panels, also these have been installed at any expensive electronic device, including appliances. I have used Tripp Lite for several years now. I chose this particular model because they accept power cords into the sides, which makes them nice if you are using them behind a piece of furniture. They are designed for travelers, and the plug does retract into the device by means of a sliding apparatus. If your receptacle is new and stiff, you may need to hold the sliding part so that the prongs are extended in order to get it plugged into the receptacle. I did not rate traveling, as I use these only at home.

Funcionó correctamente durante un año, después simplemente dejó de hacerlo. La luz led "indicador" se apagó y ya. No cuenta con un fusible reemplazable, no tiene reparación. Por un poco más de su valor yo compraría un regulador más duradero.

This is a surge protector at the top of the range. It is faster than most units, higher joule(energy) capacity on surge , better warranty and made by a leader in electronic device protection. I put this on a wall receptacle to protect an upright freezer. It is flatter than other units I researched and cost of losing food when the surge hits is multiple times more than this cost me. My appliance tech said this is a good investment and will save my freezer.

Aunque la luz que emite al estar conectado es algo fuerte, no es algo que no se pueda arreglar con un poco de cinta de aislar, el producto funciona como debe.

Me llego en tiempo y forma, el producto esta muy bien los materiales no son nada sencillos, eso si es un poco robusto si lo vas a conectar a una toma donde haya apagador, cumple con su función, los cargadores usb están fantásticos, el otro detalle seria que siempre permanece la luz verde encendida e ilumina bastante, pero de ahi en fuera es muy confiable y de buena calidad, una de las mejores marcas
