It appeared to be a zinc handle on first look, however it is plastic, and still prone to break as the others are including the factory original. Watching a quick video on YouTube will get you some tips on removing and installing the door panel. It's easy to figure out, but faster if you know up front what to expect. Time to install under 5 minutes. It works well enough.

Old handle broke. This replacement fit pretty good. One of the tabs didn't line up right but got it to fit. Works as it should

Perfect fit, easy to install. Youtube had good tectorials on how to remove door panel. Works like it should.

This item, is a direct replacement for the original. Item comes with replacement handle and a new bolt. Install took less than a minute. Great product to make an old truck look a bit newer.
