This was my 2nd time to purchase Trusens carbon layer for my Z-2000 filter. 1st time I ordered it a few weeks ago and received a package with 3 wrong size products. Thought I might have got bad luck picking up a lemon. So tried again last week. Received it yesterday. However, once again WRONG PRODUCT was put in the package for Z-2000. I will have to return it AGAIN. So frustrated !The outside packaging of the 2nd order is identical with my previous order as well as the one I ordered directly from Trusens after but with same issue. So I highly doubt that this batch of shipment could all have been filled with wrong contents in it.Updates (Apr 22, 2023):I have to change my review as I found out that I was totally wrong in term of the size of the carbon layer I received after consulting with TruSens customer service and Youtube video's. That carbon layer was supposed to be the middle layer of the Z-2000 filter, rather than the outside layer I was thinking of. After I replaced that correctly my TruSens was up running again without any issues. My apologies for any misleading my previous review might have caused.Now I have changed my rating to 5 star due to the quality of the product and the proactive customer service provided by TruSens on this issue. I have also had my return to Amazon cancelled.

I’ve been very happy with my TruSens Z2000 air purifier and when the monitor indicated that it was time to replace the carbon filter I placed the order, receive the filters in a few days and the installation was very easy.
