I bought a new condo and the tub has a modern slippery surface. I didn't feel comfortable with it after selling a condo where I used this product a few years ago. I love this product because it works, is super easy to install and then it works perfectly... Once again,this is the real deal and I have once again got that security in and out of the deep soaker tub! The texture gives me security stepping in and out but is not too abrasive that you can't sit on it. I recommend it despite it being expensive. It's still cheaper than wiping out!!!Add. A month later: it's awesome! I let it dry for 3 days even though it's not required. The coating is just so professional. I bet nobody will think the tub didn't come with this. I know the price and worry about this being a bogus product! It is not. You have to bite the bullet and spend. A few years ago it was closer to 60 bucks but it just works. I also did the tops of the tub so it's also safer.

This product worked well for me. I thoroughly cleaned the shower floor as directed and dried (I helped the drying process by directing a fan into the stall) The clear formula lives up to its name. Absolutely clear. Easy to apply too. I let my application dry for about 36 hours before I used the shower. I am sure it could have been used much sooner, but I wanted to give it a longer time to cure, just to be safe.We have a soft water system and the floor can feel pretty slippery, especially after rinsing off soap and hair products. This coating feels like a gentle sandpaper and allows for foot comfort with no slippage. We shall see how long it lasts on the surface. Three months now and I haven't noticed any wear.Seems pricey at first glance, but VERY well worth it!Update--Oct. 30, 2022. Still is great!!

Our shower was really slippery especially after my wife washed her hair using a specific kind of conditioner. It was dangerous even for me, a skier with reasonably good balance.We chose this product because we didn't want mats or anything like that on the shower floor and that this product is used (and probably recommended) by highly recognised hotel chains.Be assured, if you have a slippery shower, this will fix the problem and - you will also find it is extremely easy to apply. Just follow the instructions that comes in the small box with the product.A special mention for Amazon for getting this product to us in Australia.Now, in 2024, I can add more information. The product will wear off, as it has in the centre of our shower, even though I've added additional coats. I did expect it to remain better than it has. Perhaps I expected too much??

I used this product on the base of my shower and found it very easy to apply with a great result. The shower is now non slip and cannot be seen on the white base. It is better than using the suction shower mats as they can get slimey underneath and then slippery.I heartily recommend this product.

I had supposedly non slip stickers fitted to my shower tray but it was still slippery. I searched and found Tub Guard and it had the best reviews. Now I know why! It is AMAZING stuff! Look no further - much much better than the non slip shower tray I had in my last house.
