This comes in a small gift able box and is quite easy to assemble. All the "knots" have two knobs that fit into holes in each other so you assemble into a circle till it's the size of your waist. Then you fit the magnetic piece and the roller ball and you are done.I had to remove one piece after I thought I had my waist size and it was very easy. So it's easy to share with others in your household too.Once I was up and swishing, it was cool to see that the black part stays in place while the ball swooshes around with the inertia of the movement of my hips. This is much more forgiving than a regualr hoola hoop which falls to the ground! If you slow down or get your movement off, the ball slows and you have plenty of time to find your grove again. It's comfortable to use and I didn't find the need to use the waist band, when I had a normal t shirt and shorts on.Nice way to be moving indoors or outdoors.I gave it 4 stars because the magnetic clasp you need to use to take this on and off wasn't super smooth.

I have seen nothing but good things about this weighted hula hoop, it looks like fun, something simple and easy that I could even do, and hopefully get some good results. This definitely proved how uncoordinated I am and how it has definitely been a minute since I moved my hips in such a way to get this going.Very easy to put together, to get the weighted ball on the brackets, and hook each waist piece together. Fits comfortably on the hips, but getting it started might be a challenge for some of us that haven't hula hooped since they were six. Definitely like the feel of the weight, not noisy, make sure you have enough space, but overall I have really enjoyed it and cannot wait to see where it takes me, would highly recommend!

Very easily adjusted, it goes together securely and stays in place while using as it should! It is light weight and does not cause any sort of discomfort while use or wear either. Very well made and the quality is incredible! The weight is wonderful and works really smoothly, it is somewhat difficult to get started but once you get used to it, it is easy to work with! Great value for the price!

I have terrible proprioception and cannot keep a hula hoop up to save my life, but with EDS it was recommended that I do circular workouts like hula hooping. I'm so glad I found this belt, it is WAY too much fun and thirty minutes goes by like a breeze. Glad I purchased this one in particular after reading complaints about cheaper belts because it's worked really well from the jump and is holding up well to multiple uses.
