I took advantage of the discount, received my order in a day and was happy to find the pens and ink are made in Japan. The box was a bit crunched up and I need to check all the pens to make sure the tips are all sealed and new, but the one I pulled out to test was sealed and wrote smoothly. No smears/smudges, clear black ink, well made and has a sturdy metal clip. I unscrewed the barrel to take a look inside. The ink barrel visually shows quite a bit of ink in the cartridge, so no short cuts there - should last awhile. Ink flow is clear and not blotchy.The muted colors are a nice touch and the tactile area where you hold the pen is smooth while providing grip. It's a well thought out and elegant design.I need to grab a few more boxes while the price is still at about $1/pen. I recommend this product wherever you can get it.Wish: I wish the ink color came in indigo.

I got some of these pens in my stocking I love ink pens. These come with the protective rubber tip and write so smooth. The cost isn’t expensive.

You know its going to be great quality. I bought these because they were a good price for 12. Where I work, there are many pen theives, so at least they are being taken at lower cost loss. They write beautifully

Smooth writing and they hold up extremely well. These don't bleed ink everywhere like some pens do. I have been on the hunt for a decent pen for years and this one has been my favourite. Nothing fancy, just a good pen that works.

A lovely looking pen, but very blotchy when writing in a Lechturn notebook. There are better options on the market.
