hola, colecciono cuchillos pero este cuchillo es depesima calidad, endeble y de fabricacion defectuosa, mala aleación al grado que llegó con la hoja chueca, pandeada, desde luego trmite el rembolso, no conocia esta marca de cuchillos pero debut y despedida, no compren este cuchillo barato, mala calidad que se verá reflejado en poca vida util y probables lesiones

I'm kicking myself in the butt right now because there was only 2 left when I bought mine here on Amazon. This knife is almost an exact copy of a Gerber mkII. From what I've seen, this version by Schrade used to come in a leather sheath but mine came in a GFN kydex-like sheath which was even more awesome. This knife is so fun to learn all kinds of tricks with and although it's not a Gerber mkII I like to call it a "Scherber mkII" the only difference is that instead of an aluminum handle, this Schrade has a molded rubber handle which in my opinion is better than an aluminum handle. The knife came sharp and very pointy hence the name "Needle." I'm holding it in my hand right now. The knife has Shrade Needle on one side and Aus-8 with their new logo on the other side. No "made in China" anywhere. I really like this knife. used it to remove spinters in my hand and fingers, it's a very light knife, I carried it a few times already and it's so light I had to double check to make sure I didn't drop it and it was still on me. It's so light, I put some paracord around the sheath and carry it on my neck, it's that light, but deadly. I'm so glad I bought this and I am never going to part with mine. I actually found this while looking for something else on Amazon and as soon as I saw this knife I immediately bought it because as you know, the Gerber mkII are getting harder and harder to find and the ones I did find are so ridiculously expensive and this Schrade is definitely the next best thing to the Gerber and I only paid $30. I am so happy with it but I could've bought 2. If it was just a little bit thicker and just a bit longer, it would be an easy 5 stars all around.

This was razor sharp out of the box for cutting or puncturing, it was well packaged, it looks awesome, the sheath is decent and for the price its hard to beat. Its extremely handy, lightweight, and the grip fits well in the hand.

I like this knife so much I'm gonna buy extra. Just to have multiples in my collection. This a reproduction of the Gerber Mark II, which is an infamous classic knife. They did a great job with this, I cannot see a single flaw in the production quality. The grind, the fit, the finish, it's all perfect. What a great knife. If you're even considering order one, don't even think about it. Just do it.
