Photo 1 is the pair of sockets that arrived. I intentionally showed a different side of each - the one side has two holes in it, and the other does not.I wondered from the ad saying that it was for all the Wyze cams whether it only provided power (as the ad photos indicated) or if it had threaded screw holes and would work to mount the cameras. The Wyze Pan was a listed camera, and my Photo 2 shows the bracket screw holes compared to the socket. I couldn't be sure from the original ad and figured others that found this looking for a power source for a Wyze camera might want to know.Well, after considering using it to actually mount the camera, I have decided against doing so. I will certainly appreciate the elevated power supply in my front entry, but the holes are for the two Phillips screw heads that hold the unit together. They are not threaded, and don't represent a good mounting option for the Wyze camera. I could likely use a tap and die to thread them, and then the mount is a pretty close fit to use the socket system as a mount, but the weight of the camera system would be very off balance and I would be concerned about cracking the plastic either initially or over time.So . . . it is what it is. A screw-in socket that goes into a lamp fixture socket, lets the lamp operate a few inches lower (the entire fixture is just shy of 4" in length, and from the top of the screw threads to the top of the new socket is roughly 2 3/4" . . . so that's the actual length that you will add . . . 2 3/4"), and gives you access to the AC power coming from the socket, which will certainly help power the Wyze cams as advertised. It looks clean, and the white color is the same bright white as the cameras (you can see the bracket from Wyze and the socket are the same color) for aesthetics.The applications are not limited to the Wyze camera uses advertised in the original listing, but appear capable of powering most anything within the power limits of your lamp socket. Holiday lighting comes to mind - and how nice to have it under control of a light switch.
