I bought this lanyard to use with my UAG phone case. It works perfectly with the case. I like that the length is easily adjustable. I did have problems with the clasp on the end randomly opening, So I purchased a 'S' clip carabiner to replace the clip and it now works perfectly to secure my phone. The lanyard itself is thick and will not be easily torn. However, my teenager tells me that it is cringy looking. In other words, it is not cute and she would not wear it unless we were in Paris, where her phone is highly likely to be stolen and then she would wear it.

Compré este cordón para asegurar mi celular cuando viajo o voy por la calle. Así me aseguro de no perderlo o de que me lo vayan a sacar de mi bolsillo o bulto. Es muy cómodo y puedo ajustar el largo que más me convenga.

I'm in and out of the office all day and carry a work phone plus a work badge.This clever lanyard (I got both the wrist and the neck lanyard) comes with an insert that you put between your phone and case--and the lanyard attaches to the metal loop that sticks out of the charge port hole.It plastic piece is thin but stiff enough and this works remarkably well. I clipped my access badge to the lanyard so now my phone and access badge are always with me--love it.You'll need a case that doesn't have an open bottom and a case that fits snuggly with your phone since this lanyard relies on your phone not popping out of the case for security. I put a little piece of double sided sticky tape to keep my work phone adhered to the case. The plastic piece is thin but it still has a little thickness so it may push up the bottom of your phone out of the case--just depends on your case.The lanyard I got was the 7mm and it's pretty thick. They sell a 10 mm of this in the longer neck strap version--7mm seems thick enough. 10 mm would be like walking around with a pool noodle around your neck!Pros:- The plastic insert doesn't block the charge port or wireless charging!Cons:- It's expensive but the quality is really superb--UAG is a premium accessory brand.Two caveats:1. there was a review about the lanyard coming off by itself--I haven't seen that yet but you could probably wrap up the clip with some electrical tape to keep it from accidentally opening.2. UAG is premium and this is pretty high quality--but for half the price there are no-name brands on Amazon if you look.
