First of all, it was made in Mexico, not in the USA as some of comments mentioned.It took 3 weeks to get me in Toronto.I get this part of the description as a joke:"... tempered with 43145 Degree"Yea, right, the head seems like it was made of some aluminum alloy, not a quality steel.Though the handle is good, real hard wood, no plastic.The head and the handle are connected very tight, no questions.The head itself, the square face part is not even, I had to make it flatten by using sandpapers.That's why I think it is an aluminum alloy.

lo mas importante de un buen martillo es primero que no se afloje el mango por que cabecea y no da el golpe preciso lo seguendo es el acabado de las cabezas que en este martillo es bueno
