Noise cancelling feature is great. Headset is very comfortable as well. No issues here.

Me encantó que el audio de los audífonos era super alto, los compré para estar más cómoda en mi trabajo, el audio era super bueno, con los que proporciona el trabajo siempre tengo el volumen en 100 y aún así me cuesta trabajar escuchar a los clientes en ocasiones, tomando en cuenta que trabajo en una oficina con 50 personas, con estos podía darme el lujo de bajarle a 80 al volumen y oía súper bien. Hice prueba de audio y si se escuchaban menos mis compañeros que antes, pero al segundo día de uso el micrófono dejó de funcionarLa verdad es una lastima que me hayan venido defectuosos, los devolví sin tema, la verdad si me encantaron y me gustaría volver a comprarlos, pero me da miedo que me salgan defectuosos otra vez.Pero si me gustaron mucho

I bought this headset for video calls in a busy office, and it has really worked well. The Mic was the main feature I was after with a headset, and I wanted one with good quality and minimal background noise. this mic certainly delivers all of that very well. You do need to be careful with how you adjust the mic though as if you have it too close to your face it will obviously pick up your breathing which is not really what you want.the sound quality from the headset is very good for the purpose of calls. I think in terms of listening to music it's passable but obviously won't be as good as other headphone options.It is pretty comfortable to wear for extended periods and it is very plug-and-play which is nice, you don't have to worry about installing any software. I think at the price point it is a very good option.

Son audífonos cómodos y livianos; lo cual es de gran beneficio para los que usamos audífonos todo el día.Los controles en realidad vienen un poco de adorno, lo probé con distintos programas y en ninguno parece afectar volumen, mute o cualquier otra función.El micrófono es genial y te permite colocarlo prácticamente dónde quieras sin perder calidad en el audio.

Llevo mas de 1 mes usandolos y no eh tenido problemas con el audio. Los utilizo para llamadas de ventas 8 + horas al dia y hasta ahorita el sonido del microfono y bocinas se escuchan muy bien. Se adaptan para zoom y llamadas de conferencias, les sugiero reviaen sus ajustes de su equipo de computo. Leve inconformidad en las orejeras de la diadema pero tienen que ayerles el modo para que no les causen molestias nada grave.

Lo compré para usarlo en el trabajo. Por la pandemia hemos estado operando desde casa y todos los días a todas horas estoy conectada en Teams para reuniones o para comunicarme con los compañeros. Siempre se quejaban que escuchaban el ruido de fondo y era un problema buscar un espacio para hacer llamadas. Estos audífonos solucionaron de forma excelente el problema; ahora sólo me escuchan a mí cuando hablo y no los ruidos de fondo que son inevitables. Además, tiene varios botones para controlar el volumen, poner el micrófono en "mute" y responder/colgar llamadas que son súper prácticos. Creo que la relación precio/calidad es maravillosa. Es una excelente herramienta para el trabajo.

These are big clunky headphones advertised to be compatible with Dragon. The word recogition is poor and the headpiece is floopy on your head. Do not buy.

Great headphones for the price. Good audio quality and flexible Mic. I am using this every day for work and uni.Update: I have been using for about a year now - all still working well. Noise cancellation is pretty good for outside noises like mowers and people in your house, less good for the wearer's sounds (e.g., breathing + 'popping p's'). I switch to another mic when I need to record my own audio. But still great value.

Hello,I am satisfied both with the product and the service. I began to work remotely as a receptionist in mid March 2020 upon the announcement of the restrictions due to the COVID 19 pandemic.When I ordered my headset, it arrived well within the time predicted. The headset came with clear instructions and was easy to install. However, one of the earpieces did not work.After communicating with their customer service agent (the email address was indicated on a card included in the package) I was sent a new pair a few days later.A note on the headset’s ability to filter out background noise. I live in an apartment building and they were doing some construction in the building, and for a few hours, even in my apartment. While the customer on the phone could sometimes hear a little noise, it was never could enough to impede the conversation, even if though it was driving me crazy.Great product and service.
