For the price, I am legitimately disappointed at how freaking good this works. It is not the same as your brand name vortex mixer in a lab, but for a home lab, it's a great value!

I just had surgery on my arms and can't shake anything for a while. I wanted a mixer but didn't want to pay $50-100 for something I'd use for a few months. I saw this for $15, and for that price, what the heck? It works, and it mixes, but not overly vigorously, a little slow for my taste... It could be better, but it's better than nothing.

I do a lot of plastic model work, I use this mixer to mix my paints and does a great job. I have use it for little over a year now and had not one problem with it!
