Raspberry Pi sells its self. However Vilros has done a great job with this kit! You get what is shown and it's good quality, not some cheap flimsy mess. I couldn't be happier with a package/kit deal!

Excelente. Lo unico que le tienes que poner es la micro sd con el operativo de tu eleccion y listo!

This was a simple and complete kit, with a reasonable price for a board, power supply, case, and even adapters. I bought a second one and am using as a Roon Bridge endpoint with Ropieee.

From the reviews I figured it be a good product, how hard can a Pi kit be to assemble. The packaging it came in was the biggest shock, the big hard shell flip-up-lid box it reminded me of an apple product. Opening it up everything was sorted into its neat little space where I assumed it'd just all be in a big plastic bag, maybe the Pi would be in an antistatic bag. Nope, all neatly organized with the extras and booklet in a separate boxed thing like you'd find if you got a new laptop. The pi was a pi, if you have one you know what you get in this kit. It was a Zero 2W as advertised. The case was a solid heavier duty case than I was expecting. I knew it'd be metal but I imagined something light like a cheap aluminum. It's heavier, some thicker alloy. Finish is decent, powder coated. Feels very solid. The casting could have been slightly better, there was a little nubbin in the power usb hole, but nothing I'd even bother docking a star over.I liked the extra top which I swapped out for as I needed access to the GPIO pins from outside. BUT - and here's the thing - the case is a little too proud to get good tight pin seating for most HATs like a display (that is, direct seated HATs, obviously if you can run a cable to it then it'll work). I wish this case were a couple mm shorter. I'm using a small display HAT, and it does make enough contact with the pins to work, but it's not seated well and I've had to tape the display HAT to the case. This is really my only beef with the case. So, if you're reading this, and want to use a HAT, what you may want to do is before soldering the GPIO header on, push the pins out more so they'll stick up higher and push all the way into your HAT's female header (dry test the fit before soldering). The soft bag is also nice for this kit, big pocket to put the case+pi, wall wart, otg cable, and an extra usb cable i threw in. And a small pocket on the outside where I put the hdmi adapter, included screwdriver, extra screws, and a couple other small things.Everything else in the kit was as advertised. Wall wart was nice if not a little overkill (5v-2500mA), but I like that it has an on/off switch which is convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this starter kit, from packaging to included parts to quickstart guide. The case is durable and very well constructed, with multiple covers (simple cover or GPIO passthrough). Only wrinkle was that the RPi software suggested by the supplied install guide crashed on launch for me (on Mac), and I had to use Etcher rather than the official RPi imager. It did help that this was not my first RPi rodeo. If I need another one of these (they are so cheap!) I can see getting another identical kit, or giving one as a gift.

This is a great combo for anyone looking to dip their toes into the Raspberry world. The issue I've always faced with the Raspberry computers is that the base unit is cheap and affordable. However, once you throw in a heat-sink, quality case, power supply, and MicroSD card, you're in the realm of an Intel MINI PC. Even this kit at $45 is 300% more than a Pi Zero 2 W, which is supposed to MSRP at $15!However, I like the interoperability and 'cartridge' nature of the Raspberry ecosystem, so when I found this kit, I decided to give it a try.I currently I have 3 different SDCards I run with this setup.1. DigiPi (Ham radio tools, APRS Digipeater, iGate, ARDOP email, WSJTX, etc)2. RetroPie for some classic NES and Arcade games3. Raspbian OS for random lite desktop chores.Overall a fantastic kit! Just because the Pi5 is out, does not mean these kits are junk. They still perform most of the 'raspberry' tasks very well. With a minimalist design.
