Wall Control Adjustable Stabilizing Tabs
All of Wall Control's Single-Slot Engaging Hooks now feature adjustable stabilizing tabs that can be easily adjusted with a pair of pliers to create more or less tension against the panel face. This tension against the panel face essentially locks the hooks in-place once installed. Wall Control hooks require a double 'up, down, and out' motion to engage and disengage to prevent hooks from falling out when tools are removed. Couple this added motion with well-adjusted stabilizing tabs and these hooks aren't going anywhere when you take your tools off your pegboard. There is nothing more annoying than having a peg hook fall off when you take your tool off of round hole pegboard and it has been Wall Control's mission to stop that epidemic. Wall Control Stabilizing Tabs certainly create a more secure hook to pegboard engagement than traditional round pegs can offer.

Although Wall Control Metal Pegboard Panels will accept conventional 1/4in pegboard accessories as well as Wall Control Slotted Accessories the Slotted Secure Tool Board Hooks included here are only for use with Wall Control Metal Pegboard Panels and Tool Boards. Wall Control Pegboards were designed to accept as many types of peg hooks as possible to give the user maximum versatility, but Wall Control Slotted Accessories were designed with only Wall Control full-sized panels in mind. The accessories included in the Wall Control Deluxe Hook Assortment will work on any Wall Control Pegboard or Tool Board Panel 8 x 32 inches or larger.

I got this as I already have a previous set when I got the pegboards. I just found that I needed more pegs and hooks for my stuff. I already had these when I got my pegboard and they match what I am already using.

The majority of these hooks have served me well. I like how they attach to my galvanized steel pegboard pretty securely (sometimes there's a little wobble) and the shapes actually work pretty well for my purpose. I have them hanging pots and pans and utensils in my kitchen and these fit my pegboard better than the usual 1/8-1/4" pegs did. I think if I could find actual 1/4" pegs instead of the ones that are supposed to work on either size pegboard then maybe I would like those better, but since I have yet to find those, I will continue to use these that fit in the slits in the board instead of the holes. Also the red color pops nicely off the stainless steel.

A nice selection of heavy-duty hooks and holders that look great with our Wall Control panels — the red against the metal panels looks fantastic. I bought this as an add-on to go with the set of two panels (which already came with a few hooks, shelves, holders etc., but we wanted a few more to be able to hang more things). Specifically, we were looking for more single hooks for our purposes, and this set comes with lots of them. The one thing I have noticed with these hooks is that while they seem to latch into the wall panels pretty securely, the do tend to come out when you lift up an item, so you have to get the hang of the right angle to remove hung-up tools. Overall though, we do love this wall system and will likely purchase at least one more additional panel to maximize wall storage space.

I love the red color of these for adding a bold splash of color in my kitchen. They are fairly sturdy, although you MUST use the o-rings if you want them to feel very sturdy. Without the o-rings, the hooks will definitely shake and even potentially come out, especially while removing items.As you can see in the attached pic, I use them in my kitchen. They work for a decent chunk of my kitchen tools, but for some, the holes just don't work for these hooks.

I bought and used these for . The quality of the hooks themselves is awesome-- raw steel baby! I'm glad that I chose the red hooks. They add some flare to the pegboard.The hooks come with o-rings to help secure them to the pegboard. Wall Control has a video on their website showing installation of the o-rings. The video is entitled "How to easily install a Wall Control Steel Panel" on their video page.Some hooks have small tabs that can be bent to increase pressure across the pegboard. Whether using the o-rings or bending the tabs, the hooks are solid when inserted into the pegboard. They don't budget when moving/placing tools on the hook. A vast improvement over (which fit very loosely and constantly fall out)The hooks themselves are awesome. My only complaint is the selection offered with this assortment. Less standard hooks/90 degree hooks, and another 9" hook and a 4" c-bracket would be nice!
