My initial impression, MY EYES!I bought this lantern for temporary lighting in power outages. When I was testing it out, I didn't realize it can be really bright. This lantern has different levels of lighting intensity (lumens) and lightning colour (temperature). Its rechargable, via USB-C, and can act as power bank (via USB-A). This also solar recharging, built in stand and rigging mount (to act as key light?).I'm impressed overall. I'm looking forward to using this in a power outage and any future camping trips.

This is a great light to bring camping or just about anywhere that you need light. It is portable, has its own stand, and has a convenient solar and chargeable battery. The light has three strength levels but you can also warm each level as well. The product feels very rugged as well. This device is so ingenious, I love it!

This WARSUN LED Camping Lantern is perfect for stashing in your glove compartment or console. So small it will even fit in my hybrid console, which is near non-existent.The handle clicks into place for a multitude of positions. You can rotate the light to place where needed. The light is SUPER BRIGHT. Be careful when you first turn it on. Of course the brightness is adjustable, but you can also set it with dim cells. Different...like honeycombs.Like most stuff now, it charges by USB, but also has a solar panel. I have not used that yet, but I know it will be handy during hurricane season. There's also an output for charging a cell in a pinch. There's a threaded port that has no description that looks like it could screw onto a tripod or similar.I do not like that the indicator light stays on. Not sure if it's supposed to do that, but I can't find a way to turn it off. Seems like that would run it down. Don't know. This would be a perfect gift for a traveler or hiker/biker/sportsman. The size and weight allows easy transportation. You could even hang it from your clothing by adding a lanyard, etc.

I really like this light, no complaints. I haven't given it thorough tests (battery longevity, water resistance, drop-test, etc.), but I like this unit a lot.- toggle to cycle through brightness settings and power off- battery backup for cell phones or other items- warm, cool, or both-on lighting options- solar, though I wouldn't rely on that as primary means for camping but nice to have for some extra charging- definitely great for car camping, decent for backcountry- solid build - strong- folding hanging strap great for tent or hanging over cookstove/on a tree branch- screw attachment fits on tripod, likely could use it as supporting light for photos/photo studioIt might be on the top end of price/performance value, but it is a solid product that will see a lot of use.

This is a very bright light! In fact, it is too bright for my tent. I prefer a more subdued lighting when getting ready for bed, and ended up putting the face again the tent wall to dim it. This would make a good hanging lantern for camp cooking, or for the table. It has several options of hue, ie, one can make the light bright white or give it a yellow tinge. I could not dim it sufficiently, however, for my preferences.I am still testing the battery life and how well the solar charger works. I plugged it in to fully charge it before a short camping trip where I only needed it for getting ready for bed. Because it is so bright I am fearful that the battery life may be short and solar may be insufficient to charge it. I did bring a back-up battery in case it died. This lantern will we good for a power outage. I put it on top of my bedside lamp at home to do further testing on it. It is 2/3 as bright as the lamp and will allow one to read without directing it at a book . It so bright it was sufficient to indirectly light the bathroom around the corner. The lamp is small and relatively lightweight, a huge step up from the old propane lanterns one used to take camping. I have given my propane lantern to the good will. I have a number of solar lanterns. I prefer the ones one can effectively recharge using the solar that accumulates during the day, so I hope to update this review after more use of the lantern.
