I put up my ac unit for the summer, but my blackout curtains were too long covering the ac. I needed a way to shorten the curtains to just above the ac for the season. I found these curtain rings with the clips. The price was right and they arrived quickly.I simply folded the curtains to the desired length and attached the clips to the fold (I spaced the clips a few inches apart; using about 5 for each panel), I then slid the curtain rod through the rings, hung the curtains back up…easy-peasy. The curtains still blackout the sun in my bedroom without covering the ac unit and it now makes it easier to slide the curtains open/close.

My curtain panels are very heavy and these clips are perfect! Well made and does the job for a great price!
