When researching and ordering on line, we selected the product option to include the LED light, not the halogen light, in this “tail light assembly” - which costs more - and we gladly paid the higher price. Even after being reassured by the Customer Service Chat Box, we have received THREE tail light assemblies that have NO tail light. That’s right, we’ve dutifully packaged up and returned this multiple times. To be fair, the assembly is fine. It’s the time and effort in returning this product box - due to the importantly missing product part - that causes this low rating.
