My original set was starting to flake a bit and had definitely flattened out quite a bit. So I grabbed these because they they were the most affordable at the time. I assume all of the generic replacement cushions are from the same manufacturer though, so I'd just buy whichever one has the best deal. Replacing them was really easy; wicked cushions on YouTube has a very short video that I watched to make sure I was doing it right.I don't think they're quite as comfortable as the original pads, but they're still comfortable and work fine. And if they get me another year out of 6 year old headphones that I use 5 days a week for 8 bucks I'll be plenty happy

These ear pad replacements have made using my headphones a much more enjoyable experience again. Also noticeable improvements in terms of noise cancellation over the previous, worn out pads. No bad smell either. They are perhaps a bit stiffer than the original material, but it hasn't been an issue for me at all.

I am rough on my headphones so I decided to go with low cost replacements. Easy to replace and they feel like new. Don't know how long they will last but I am very satisfied so far.
