This arrived with damaged box. I had to cut the boxes open therefore cannot return the item. The also was no hardware or directions to assemble. I contactacted Wisteria through their website with no reply. I’m very frustrated.I contacted the manufacturer and the missing hardware was sent promptly. The furniture is assembled and I am happy with the results, although the furniture is shorted then expected.

Items arrived before time , the quality is great! The only issue I had was the very last piece for the sofa the holes were missing drilled but I was missing the pads that you sit on, and the same day I emailed the manufactured they got back with me and in a matter of three days. The only reason it took so long but not really because they were so responsive is that they only reply once a day. The customer service was awesome hands down!!

Very nice quality for the price. Took about 2 hours to assemble, 2 people make it go faster. Missing 2 washers but luckily had extras from other products. Did not come with an extra washers or screws. Looks very nice. It is a little lower than expected but pleased with product.

This set is really nice looking and very sturdyFits my small patio perfectly. Love the grey cusions. The 1st chair was hard to put together. The rest of the pieces went very smoothly. Do not tighten screws until it is completely assembled. We used an hand held drill to tighten. Very nice quality for the price. Would purchase again. The small cubes were an additional purchase. Love the table with the bottom shelf. Very happy.

In all sincerity, this set was really pretty immediately. But I knew it was cheap, so I’m accounting for that to a degree.1. The cushions wear down FAST. Mine are already flattening. I can buy a new set, but I question if that’s saving me money or wasting products. Idk. I also find them not super comfortable, but it’s fine.2. The wicker material is made of a cheaper plastic that rips kind of easy. If you have kids or pets, this set won’t stand up well to them. I’ve learned that it doesn’t take much to rip or tear the plasticy wicker. A dog scratching around on it will do it. I believe next time I will go with a sturdier frame. While I understand this is a me problem, I have other wicker chairs that seem to have been unscathed for the last three years. So this is definitely due to thin, flimsy materials.3. The glass table top is never ever clean (it’s always covered in pollen and debris because it’s black glass!) and does not suction well to the table. Those little suckers are definitely of the variety I get when I help the kids make things like painted stained (not) “glass” projects from Michael’s. They never hold those projects up on the windows lol.PROS:1. It’s a cute set. Aesthetically it’s really pleasing to look at.2. It’s small but PERFECTLY so. And in all honesty, gives a WHOLE LOT of seating and entertaining space. It’s not as small as it looks in photos and really does have plenty of room.3. If you are a kid-free, pet-free home, this set would love lovely on a covered patio. I would not trust cats, dogs, or toddlers anywhere near it. But I mean, if you have a condo and need something cheap it would look great!Would you buy it again?No.Imho, I have too much life at my house for this set. It’s not durable, if that’s something you’re looking for. I can already see that I’ll need to replace it next summer—and I have to consider that I would rather spend $1000 on a piece that lasts 5 years than $300 on something that lasts one summer.
