The fit around the waist is good but I wish the length was longer so it gave a poof on the dress to the bottom instead of the middle.

If you've never used a hoop skirt or you purchase this one and you think it's to large, IT IS adjustable to make smaller. With the versatility of the hoop size you can use this with many dresses and it ties at the waist. You can easily alter the waist to use a button, Velcro or any closure for a waist. The waist is large, so if you have a child on the thinner or shorter side, not an average build, by the smaller aged hoop. If they are on the taller side, then you may want to size up.

Bought it for my daughter's pageant to go under her dress and its perfect. It is the right size for her and it made her dress poofy.
