Pasos de instalación:
1. Utiliza una barra para sacar el vaso viejo junto con el plato.
2. Desconecta los pines que conectan el vidrio viejo.
3. Pon los pines en el nuevo vidrio.

Looked like a decent replacement. I installed it, and it worked, although the heater was a lot weaker than the factory unit (I turned both sides on, and the factory side defogged much faster). Also the mirror wasn't completely flat, so there was a bit of distortion in the reflection. But, you get what you pay for.

I am a little confused as to why other purchasers found this product so difficult to install. I basically stuck my fingers in behind the damaged mirror, pulled (hard) until it unclipped. Took a photo of how the wires were installed. Removed the wires from the mirror, and then did exactly the reverse to install the new mirror. Now granted, you need not be shy with using some force to remove and install the mirror. When installing, I used the palm of my hand on the mirror, while using my other hand to support the side mirror's housing. I had to give it a really good shove to get it on. One side clipped on, and then I pressed hard on the other side of the mirror, until I heard it clip on. Absolutely no issues.Some reviewers said that all the plastic clips broke off during installation. I think this is because the mirror was cold and the plastic was brittle. I left my car in the sun. and warmed up the plastic on the back of the mirror with a blow dryer. No broken clips.This mirror saved me about $150 CND. Happy happy.It is now summer, so I do not know if the defrost function actually works on this product, but it does have tabs to plug in to. We will see.

Great price, and it works. But it does not match the OEM part. Would not fully click into place after several attempts, but it is holding in place and functioning. The steel clip provided is flimsy and doesn't fit. Had to install mirror without it. Despite all of that, it works well and looks like the original mirror. Was worth the money.

I had the old assembly out and unplugged in a matter of a minute or so. I was able to install the new assembly within a couple of minutes. Love it! Much less expensive than the dealer option.

Walking to my car one morning I noticed my mirror was missing. At first I thought I was a victim of one of the neighborhood punk kids. But that thought quickly passed when I saw the broken glass on the ground, no signs of impact on the housing, and dried/faded glue on the backing plate area. Whelp time to figure out how much this repair is going to cost...quick amazon search turned up this option and I'm glad I found it! FAST shipping, painless install, great price! For reference my model is the Launch Edition of the 2015 VW Golf.
