I just needed one, but the package contains 10. They’re useful to separate the dies sets and once one becomes dull, I can draw it away and use another one.

these little cutters are pretty good. super sharp for small cutting all kinds of things. only thing I didn't like was that the jaws would open up so much. For bigger cuts that's bigger than the jaws would open, you either got to use something else, or use a technique of taking several bites out of whatever your cutting.

As an appliance technician by trade I use this thing 2-5 times a day 5 days a week cutting wire and zip ties and it's still just as sharp and only needed one so far.I'll probably loose it before it wears out but no worries I have more! Gave a few to a coworker and he's also on the first one.I had an $8 pair from home Depot I lost and these stayed sharper for longer than the single $8 pair did.

I suspect these will NOT stay at $15 for a 10-pack of 5" flush cutters but if you see these for $15, I would suggest buying them. They are reasonably hard, fairly sharp, feel decent in the hand and cut well. I tested one flush cutter yesterday with a wide range of wires, component leads and even several types of tape (adhesive, cloth and copper) with very solid results. I even cut a mechanical PCB heatsink mount at ~12AWG solid aluminum, wire ranging from 32AWG solid-core to 12AWG stranded wire, various types of 50/75-ohm coax cables, cable shielding and de-solder braid with very nice results. Even after cutting 12AWG copper and PCB heatsink mounts the flush cutter still held a good edge and didn't show an edge deformation. Granted, I haven't used the flush cutters for more than a few days so I cannot comment on their long-term quality but 10 flush cutters for $15 it seems hard to find anything to complain about. They cut wire, cable, tape (and more) nicely and feel good enough in the hand when using. These cutters may be all you need for your hobby shop or light production uses.

-Wasn't sure what to expect as price was good.-Out of the box, used each of the ten to cut into a piece of newspaper and all made the cut cleanly.-My main concern was that the cutting edges would be out of registration but obviously none were.-Used one to cut into some fairly hard plastic, some #12 solid copper wire (multiple squeezes) and smaller wireand that pair still made a clean cut into a newspaper.-All the plastic handles felt greasy (probably plasticizer) but wiped off easily with a paper towel.
