I replaced all my doors with these locks. I originally bought a much more expensive name brand keyless lock for the front door, which worked fine, but wanted to replace all the other doors, (garage, back doors, storage room, etc.) with a keyless fingerprint lock. This lock is faster reading my fingerprint than entering in a 4 digit code.Batteries work well even in sub-zero winter in Chicago, you can easily set codes to allow other people to access our house, and delete them when no longer needed.

I got this installed and it works the way it is supposed to work. My only issue is that things never line up exactly like they are supposed to, so be prepared to make adjustments to the strike plate location. I watched some videos and was able to adjust it using a drill to adjust the hole for the bolt. If you are somewhat handy, you can do it. If you are not, you may need a little help. Video claimed it could be done in 20 minutes, and if I didn't have to make adjustments, it would have been, but It probably took me closer to two hours. :$

La cerradura no sirve en México, después de buscar en varios foros, la nueva app "Yale Home", no permite conectar la cerradura, al parecer no le funciona a nadie fuera de Estados Unidos y Canada.

Oh I was so happy when I ordered the smart lock.. all that happiness dissolved when I received the order.Packing : was torn and taped.Installation : fitted well, had to use surgeons hand though for the ribbon cable ( glad I am so wasn’t an issue )App : Hopeless !! One word should sum it all..Smart module : I tried, tried and I tried.. finally just left it unused.Usage : Every setting required factory reset to be properly registered.. Battery needs replacement every week. This was the final breaking point for me..Do not buy it. Full stop.

Un dolor de cabeza por que el instructivo no indica claramente que solo funciona con una aplicación de Yale que se tiene que rebuscar, lo demás muy cómoda para mi mamá de 75 años

Easy to install, was a retrofit for dead bolt, plays well with our apple devices. Will look to get one more but will need to save up for that.
