When setup, options were missing in the app to enable one-touch locking. Was passed to different customer service reps over and over, going through pointless steps to resolve. They finally sent a new lock... which had the exact same problem. So if you don't mind entering your compelte code every time you leave home for it to work, you'll be fine. Of course, if you have any issues, customer service is probably not going to be of any help.

I absolutely love the fingerprint reader on this smart lock! It makes unlocking the door so quick and convenient—no more fumbling to type in a code every time. It recognizes my fingerprint instantly and has worked flawlessly so far. Setup was straightforward, and the build feels solid and secure. I like the idea of having this in case of forgetting my phone in the house. Set up was simple, and not complicated. Connected to my August smart lock easily. I didnt like the fact that I needed a whole new app for it, when the interface of that app is the exact same as the August one. Additionally, the fact that you need to press the button, then type in your code is a bit strange. Add in the small amount of latency on the touch screen gives me a 4/5 stars. Not the best, but works as intended.

I bought this instead of the ugly (my opinion) August-branded keypad. Fortunately, Yale bought August and merged their technology, so that both August and Yale smart locks can use this same keypad. It works well, allows multiple codes, and looks modern and expensive. The August keypad looks out-dated and cheap.

I have had this keypad for about 2 weeks. I am using this with an August smart lock that I've had for about 3 years. I inboxed the keypad and build quality is solid. The initial attempt at setting this up was very frustrating. I followed the instructions with the batteries, scanning the QR code, etc but kept getting a message saying I had no device to connect this with (or words to that effect). I went back and forth with support probably 6 or so times trying to trouble shoot. The support folks were very responsive I have to say. Finally, someone looked at my account and saw that I had another keypad (August brand) associated with the lock and was told that had to be disconnected from the lock. That was fine since the other keypad stopped working. Once I removed that keypad, setup went like clock work and the Yale keypad is now working just fine.
