Love the quality and feel of this hang board. I generally use it to alleviate pressure in my back by hanging from it, though I suppose you could use it to better your grip/finger strength for climbing. Or as others say, its intended purpose. But it helps my back, so that's worth promoting imo.

I was skeptical but decided the price made it worth the risk and I am happy that I did. I was worried that the finish would not provide the necessary friction and that the quality would be poor. Neither of these turned out to be true. The quality is fine, my 11 year old son and I have used this daily for two weeks now and it is great. The smallest crimps are very challenging as are the slopers beside the two jugs but that will come with time. The only gripe I have is that the jugs are too squared off and really dig into your palms on extended hangs. I will round the edges a little with a sander and hope that helps.
