The colour of the balls is significantly washed out compared to the photos. Worse, while they are sand filled, the plastic shell is very hard (and I suspect brittle), quite unlike the photo in the product description that shows a hand delicately squishing one.I will be returning them as not matching the description.

The ropes were different lengths but was able to adjust with ease.

Dog ate a few of our old ones so needed replacement. Worked perfectly.
