This is Fantastic! Don't let the price scare you into thinking it's cheap junk. This is every bit as good as the $280 one I saw at the local truck accessory shop and is WAY better than the $180 one I ordered before and returned (because it was cheap junk). The one thing I did not expect is that it actually comes in 3 pieces, the others were a single piece. It comes with easy to use (no tools) bolts/nuts to connect the three sections. The only tool needed was a wrench to revome the two factory bolts from the seat frame. These are replaced by two "no tool needed" bolts to anchor it in the truck. I like this because it makes it super easy to remove if I need to, just remove the two bolts and it comes out. Also, the inserts fit perfectly if you choose to use them. The seats come down over the top perfectly and I did not have to move/remove the floor mats at all (this was an issue I read about in reviews of other products). I could not be happier with this... I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

This is exactly what we were looking for. There are ZERO directions. None. It's pretty intuitive, so not a big deal. We did have to get the drill out and bore out the hole in the truck that you are meant to use because it was just barely too small. It fits perfectly to the contour of the back seats and holds items in place.
