Cheaper to buy this quality replacement set for front end parts on 2007 chevy hhr LT. these parts are related. just buy this kit to replace both sides with new lower control arm, inner & outer tie rods and sway bar links. Parts shipped on time. Parts fit as described. Quality parts especially strong lower control arm with bushings plus kit had all the little nuts and pieces. Only Time and use can truly evaluate continued quality. Solved my worn-out rubber joints / grommets / ball joints which cause lot of noise especially over most bumps.TIP for sway bar length: I bought this car used from person. the sway bar links on vehicle were approximately 12 inches in length and slightly thinner This kit includes newer shorter approximately 9.86 inch in length and thicker sway link bars. the existing sway bar links caused the actual sway bar on the bend at the connection point to be sitting down lower than normal (which as i understand is parallel to the ground with vehicle on ground). The actual sway bar was therefore rubbing the old lower control arms. for me the shorter sway bar links in this kit seems correct for this vehicle. fyi - there are kits with 12 inch sway bar links available. --- so, I searched the Chevy network discussion groups and internet. some people said the obvious, measure your existing one. but i think mine was incorrectly replaced years ago. one person in chevy group said most of the HHR manuals are incorrectly suggesting the 12 inch bars meant for a Cobalt. this is probably where it gets replaced wrong. He says most of the HHR's LS or LT use the shorter length. so, look for rubbing damage on lower control arm or sway bar. look for how sway bar sits with longer sway link bars. just my experience in this case. still not sure what chevy expert or engineer or manual might say.
