UPDATE. Im 5'7 with 32" waist. Ordered medium and its a perfect fit. The straps are snug and the pouch is very stretchy. Ive worn different pouch underwear for years, but these are by far the best. As soon as you pull them out of the package you can feel the high quality. Theyre very soft, stretchy and cool against your skin. My FAVORITE part is the downward shape of the pouch. Most men's underwear have the pouch out in front and it makes a visible bulge. That makes no sense unless you want a big, noticeable package. These keep everything pointed down, so there are zero protrusions or bulges. I wear these to work, out with friends, even to the gym. Its 100% discrete as long as I don't let the straps show. I wear a chastity cage sometimes which is highly noticeable when I move around. This is the only pair of underwear I've owned that makes it completely invisible so I can go about business as usual. They keep it tucked down between my thighs all day, while being so comfy that I forget I'm wearing them. I highly recommend this pair of underwear!!!

solo toma encuenta que la concha es tipo brasileña, la tela es super comoda y si estira bastante. la grande le queda bien de una talla 33 a la 35 bien sin apretar una 36 le quedaria un poco justa y la 32 un poco flojayo 34 y me quedo super comoda, tiende a estirar un poco con el uso.

These fit as expected. Quality of stitching is high. Hand wash the first few washings then use a laundry garment bag. Air dry.
