I am so in love with this purse. The pattern of the purse is so beautiful. I also love the color of the purse as well as how big it is. Shipping was fast and easy.

I really like this bag. When I was in high school, these embroidered bags were all the rage, so this made me nostalgic for that time. Unlike back when I was younger, this bag is larger and unfortunately has no closure at the top. I wish it had a zipper - that's the only reason I'm rating it 4 stars instead of 5. It's just not practical or secure to carry a crossbody type bag without any kind of closure on the top - which is a shame.

This is a nice looking bag, but it is not usable as an everyday purse. It has a wide opening, and no way to secure things that you put inside. The machine embroidery is nice, and it is well constructed. It is lined with the same fabric as the outside. They could have added a zipper tab for a few dollars more to make this a great bag. Instead, it is something pretty that I am going to fold up and put in another bag to keep if I ever need an extra shopping bag.As far as it being Mexican- there is no made in Mexico tag inside, and there is no country of origin in the listing. I suspect this was made somewhere else.

The medal loops that hold it together keep opening and falling off. They're not strong at all. I love the Mexican embroidery look but I got tired of my purse falling off of me because the of the loops
