Works very well and saves a lot of time compared with hand chopping. Easy to clean comes apart easily.

I bought several tools for parsley and returned them all as they do nothing. This mincer is great for parsley. I even used it for small pieces of tomatoes and onions and it works perfectly. Just be careful as the blades are sharp. Do not attempt to take the extra herbs that stick between blades by your fingers. Use spoon or brush or wash it under the running water. I definitely recommend this mincer for anyone who has a rough time with cutting herbs, especially parsley.Also, be sure that parsley or anything you cut is completely dry. The first time I used it with wet parsley, I was disappointed. However, I decided to dry parsley and give it a try. It worked perfectly. This mincer has not meant for hard and big vegetables or fruits. The seller indicated that in the description. It is for herbs

Je l'ai acheté pour remplacer un modèle semblable mais très ancien. En dépit de sa "légèreté", il fait le boulot et en plus, il est totalement démontable, ce qui rend le nettoyage très aisé.

although the product is quite sturdy I found that when chopping fresh herbs they all stick between the blades and also the herbs gets all squashed.Don't know if I am doing it correctly?
