The product quality is excellent, no difference from original parts. The delivery time is a bit long as it ships from China.The package was delivered by Canada Post, although the tracker said "UBI", so at first we couldn't find the delivered package and contacted the seller. The seller responded overnight and mentioned Canada Post, so we were able to locate the package in our mailbox that we hadn't checked yesterday. We are in a high rise building, and all Amazon packages are left at our condo door.

Bought this thermal pack for a mitsubishi outlander as the negative terminal was full of rust from the battery that had gave out on me. It was very easy to instal, and looked basically just like the original terminal on the car. had to read the diameter from the product description and was glad that it was just the right fit to use for the battery pole. it serves its purpose and the car now works, and runs just as before. It’s been about a few weeks now maybe close to a month, and it hasn’t gave me any problems. i would say the durability of it is past expectations as something so cheap would make you feel like it wouldn’t last a day. If you are in a pinch and need a terminal set, give this a try as it saved me having buy something so expensive when this was available.

Old terminal broke. Someone put a cap on post to make it work. Removed the junk. These were perfect fit and easy swap. Infiniti G37 2013. Near OEM!

These fir over the battery posts but could not be tightened all the way. No matter how tight I I could get the nut, I could still slide these right off the batter with a gentle pull. The plastic housing on them is super cheap. I ended up going to an auto-parts store and got some high quality ones for half the price.Contacted the seller for a return. After a few days delay, they said they would take a return and refund my order. After a few more days they finally sent a return shipping label for UPS. But the UPS label would only work in the USA, and I am located in Canada, which would be very clearly indicated on my order. I contacted them again to ask for a label to ship FROM CANADA TO THE USA. A few days later they said they would send a new label. That was three weeks ago and they have not sent a new label or refunded my order.
