I teach line dance and found this device to be a quite a lifesaver; however, after 11 months of use, it simply quit working. I charged it overnight, as usual, but when I got to class the next morning and tried to turn the speaker on, I got nothing. I would recommend buying a protection plan.

I use this product everyday in my math class. My students are able to hear me better, and I am not losing my voice after teaching so many students everyday. I can't go for a day without this amplifier. When my last amplifier died, I purchased another one with one day shipping as I can't imagine teaching without amplifier! I do not give 5 stars to this product as it has one flaw. Even though it comes with wired microphone as soon as you turn it on it says very loudly, "Bluetooth is waiting for connection." This sound actually doesn't bother me, but mischievous students would hear that and when they get chance they will connect their laptop sound to your microphone. If they do that, suddenly your microphone will start playing something loudly and with 30 students seating with laptop, you won't be able to solve the mystery that who is messing up with your microphone! I wish it doesn't connect through Bluetooth. If so, that will be one of the best product. I have used some other amplifiers, but I really like the sound quality of this one, so I am sticking with this one.

This definitely amplifies your voice, and saves your throat!This will not disappoint you.However, there are some things I should include so that you're aware:1. The wire is in the way at times. When you wear the headband and then turn the microphone towards you, the wire that connects is kind of pointing a little "up" and that might get in your way. I loop it around my ear, but I think they could've better designed it.2. When you turn it on, it will play a loud sound, which might be a bit distracting to those around you.I do not think those are reasons to remove a star, though.

We are promoters of pollinator gardens and had our garden designer give a tour of our 4000 sq. ft. Native/Pollinator-friendly garden and the amp/microphone system was perfect for outdoor amplification for a group of 35. Could have handled a bigger crowd. High quality.

My mom has Parkinson’s and this helps her amplify her voice because she is very soft spoken and Parkinson’s makes it worse. She is not crazy about having to wear the microphone but she is getting used to it. You have to make sure you do not have cell phone too close to the unit because it will squeal at you!
