They fade from sun, but you cannot even tell my windows are open at all! Keep biting bugs out of your vehicle when eating lunch while letting breeze come through. Not good if it rains though water soaks through entire product to inside even with windows up.

Me gustaron por que si cumplen con su función en realidad no pasa el sol, si reducen la temperatura dentro del carro, dan privacidad. Lo único que por lo que pongo 4 estrellas es que todo bien, mientras no llueva. Por que con la lluvia no puedes ver nada por los retrovisores y se tienen que quitar. Bueno lluvia a cántaros que moja la tela y no permite nada de visibilidad.

This is almost what I hoped it would be. This is like a spandex blouse for your side window. It's pretty sheer, so I think some light is still going to get through. I think I might have to cut some cardboard to the shape of my window and wrap it in foil to insert into the "blouse."When I travel for work (which is often), I have to pull over for required online meetings. While I try to find the conveniently placed tree or the parking lot that has a cart corral or very large vehicle that I can park aside to take advantage of the shade they offer, sometimes there aren't such opportunities. And sometimes the meetings go long and the sun shifts. And sometimes that SUV goes away.I'll update this review after I've used this in the car. I'll try it without the insert first.
