Very effective heat transfer tape with excellent adhesion. Internal system temperature dropped 22 degrees F when this was used to attached a large heat sink.

Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. I use it for my Pi 4, and it works well.

Most people don't realize just how hot certain components of computers run like the CPU could quickly cook an egg if you took the heatsink off (you would also permanently damage it, so don't try at home). Just having the heatsink on something isn't enough, you have to have something that helps transfer that heat properly and this thermal tape is an easy-to-use and perfect solution to accomplish that heat transfer. Unlike some of the other solutions out there like Quicksilver, thermal tape has no mess when putting on or taking off and works just as well. One thing that a lot of people forget about is the need to change your thermal transfer medium every few years (depending on usage), just like how you have to change the oil in your vehicle. With this thermal tape, it's easy to apply during new applications, and even easy to remove in order to reapply a new layer when needed. If you need the tape to be smaller, this is easy to cut for that application and easy to be applied side-by-side for larger applications. Not only is this thermal tape easy to use, but it's also an economical price. So far so good. This was used on a snake cabinet. Pretty easy to use and not a bad price from what I've seen. Sticks well and useful. If you need it get it.

Sometimes mounting heat sinks with screws or brackets isn’t an option. Maybe you don’t know the spec for the job, or maybe there aren’t even any screw holes.This solves that problem, and I love that it’s on a roll instead of a sheet. That alone earned an immediate spot in my DIY tech bag of fun (read: toolbox).I’m sure this isn’t what you’d consider “enthusiast” grade thermal conductivity, but bottom line is it’s practical. I used it to mount a heatsink to an SBC (Raspberry Pi like devices) and I’m really pleased with the quality of the adhesive. That’s enough for me on devices like these.
