Just unboxed and tried to set up - the inside part of the control panel is completely detached and just rattling around inside. I can't initiate a return or exchange through Amazon, apparently, so I am writing this negative review in hopes that I can get some help. If I get help from Anycubic that is satisfactory, I will update this review. I just want a replacement that is not broken. Packaging was fine, no sign of damage in shipping, so I assume this is a quality control issue.EDIT - Amazon and Anycubic were really good about sending me a replacement and getting it here in a timely manner. The replacement wash station works really well and I have had no issues with it. It definitely meets my needs. My ONLY complaint and the reason it is getting a 4 start instead of a 5 star review is that the wash bucket lid has this weird camel hump on it, so when i am not using the machine, I can't just place the orange UV shield over the bucket and the machine and store it nicely. Would give it a 5 star review. Also... the rubber gasket in in the wash bucket lid falls out all the time and is super annoying to put back in. Otherwise good product.

Work well, but not perfect. Easy to use, but basket holes too big for small parts. Would have liked to have it include a small cage for tiny parts. Curing turntable rotation could be smoother.

The washing process significantly wastes isopropyl alcohol. To adequately wash 32mm miniatures, you'll require a minimum of three 32oz bottles of isopropyl to reach the necessary level. A 32oz bottle fills to just above the spinning blade, without reaching the bottom of the basket. Although I haven't printed any large items, I estimate that washing a 6-inch tall print would need approximately 2 gallons, which could become costly very quickly as that's about $40 worth of iso. You can decide for yourself if it's going to be too big for your use by looking at the picture of the washing bucket. A single32oz bottle fills it to the 1000 line. The curing aspect functions properly, as expected. However, the snake light feature is largely a novelty; it lacks sufficient brightness to be effective unless it is positioned very close to the print. After using it and doing some more research, I'm likely to return it for a few pickle jars to take over the washing aspect, and a plastic tub lined with foil along with some UV lights to take care of the curing process. This alternative should be equally effective, if not superior, and will also save me well over a hundred dollars.Even when pairing it with a M5s Pro and printing at the largest size possible, this thing is still just way too big. Go with a smaller size if you aren't planning on making extremely large prints.

3d printing is really cool, and the best part about the anycubic m5s pro is the auto leveling.1 thing I learned is that you have to use the dongle to download the slicer software on your pc. After slicing you can save the file to the cloud and manage your prints with your phone if you get the app.The machine is pretty quiet and seems sturdy enough. You can use basically any anycubic resin and in the slicer software choose which resin type you have.
