I just bought this item and thought I'd write a review of this adapter. I found it was very sturdy right out of the box, didn't feel like it was going to fall apart or break. It took a few minutes to orientate myself on how to put it onto my phone and then attach to the assembly to the telescope. It was pretty intuitive to use and I enjoyed the pictures that I was able to take with it. Is a pretty hefty piece of equipment so make sure that your telescope can handle the excess weight. Once on the telescope it was easy to use and was stable while holding the eyepiece. I got some nice pictures and I'm very pleased with the product. I'd encourage anyone to buy this adapter.

This works. It is difficult to put on an IPhone 14 max so I really don’t like using it.

The adapter takes a bit of tinkering to get everything aligned properly, but when it's aligned, it works great. The adapter holds the phone lens slightly at a distance, so I needed to zoom my iPhone 13's camera quite a bit to capture a good sized image. The remote works flawlessly and is definitely necessary because touching the phone even a tiny bit while installed on the telescope causes the image to wobble quite a bit and takes a few seconds to stabilize, so the included remote is a must. I've attached a picture of the eclipse I took with this holder, the results are not perfect and I must admit it was a bit hard to finely adjust my telescope's focus all the time, so part of the picture's fuzziness might come from my telescope, but all in all I'm quite happy with the results.
