I followed the rosining instructions, watched a few videos about it but it didn't work for me. I used it on my Martin guitar. If it doesn't work on a Martin...

I echo the other reviews already posted about this mini-bow for guitars regarding instructions and using the bow itself:1. Better instruction on care and use:I recommend that purchasers and users look up the proper way to take care of and use the bow. In order for it to work, you have to figure out how to rosin and tighten the bow.2. Perseverance & practice:As with others who've tested this bow out, it takes some time to master the art of bowing on any string. Once you figure out the right bow tension and how to apply the rosin on the bow evenly, then it's like learning violin: you have to figure out the right speed and pressure to drag the bow across the string. It'll sound like a Suzuki class, but you will eventually figure it out.As for the value, I ordered this because I enjoy collecting different musical instruments. If you're interested in exploring new ways to make music and sounds, this is definitely worth experimenting with.

It doesn’t work. Got it for our son for Christmas because he’s a guitarist and thought it would be interesting. He tried to use it & looked at videos on how to use it thinking he was using it incorrectly. Nope, the design just doesn’t work.

For the price, this bow is pretty good and will make your guitar sound great. It's great for beginners and very affordable, so it's definitely worth a try.Please note that the bow not works with nylon strings or coated strings.
