Somos Arcturus, una compañía al aire libre del estado de Washington. Sabemos algunas cosas sobre el clima frío y húmedo, y por eso hemos desarrollado nuestra línea de mantas de supervivencia para todo tipo de clima. Es imprescindible para excursionistas, campistas y navegantes. Esta manta ligera cuenta con una fuerte capa exterior impermeable junto con una capa reflectante de aluminio en el interior. El lado de aluminio refleja hasta el 90% del calor corporal. Esta manta viene en su propia bolsa de transporte y pesa solo 1 libra, mide 1,5 m x 1,7 m cuando está completamente desplegada.

El lado de aluminio de la manta se puede utilizar para reflejar el calor, crear una barrera radiante o señal de ayuda. El otro lado está hecho de dos capas de polipropileno duradero que se puede utilizar como una manta, lona o refugio cuando acampas, cazas, mochileros o barcos. Mantén uno en el maletero de tu coche como parte de tu kit de supervivencia o invierno.

Las cuatro esquinas tienen ojales reforzados que se pueden colocar en el suelo o colgar para crear un refugio superior.

I am a pediatric OT, this vest was purchased for a teenager with sensory needs. The vest appears to be durable. I did use measurements in determining a size and the sizing is accurate. The weights are removable so the weight can be adjusted if needed. The weights are not easily accessible to the person wearing the vest. I recommend the product. Only four stars given on durability because the vest is new to me at this point.

Autistic 20 year old loves it but complained it wasn't tight enough, too tall, and shoulder area is too large. We played it safe and got a medium. She's 90lbs and 5ft tall but the medium was loose around, resting on her hips, and shoulder pads were too big. We are going to order a small but the product was perfect.

So this little bit of kit has a thermal lining which reflects 90% of your body heat back to you, i used one on my tent to go all around my ground sheet and sleeping back and i was toasty warm, it feels a little flaky but no issues yet, waterproof very light and practical. At a push you could use it to hide from thermal camera's not that i would expect anyone on Amazon to need one for that purpose :-D .
