These rain ponchos are good for riding motorcycles in the rain in the countryside. This set comes with two green and two orange ponchos. The only complaint I have is that the green poncho is actually not much different than walking around wearing a green hat and in certain cultures, males wearing a green hat is the same as displaying being cuckolded and that's not really a good thing to show others. However, for those who don't have that kind of culture, it is a very pretty-looking poncho and it is able to retain body heat in rainy weather and made with comfort in mind. It is actually a decent poncho to wear at all times of rainy weather.

Ok, picture in your mind taking a foil space blanket, folding it in half, painting one side, and cutting holes for arms and adding a hood for your head. Now have a great feel for what the MATTISAM Emergency Poncho is.Each of the 4 ponchos come in their own plastic bag, with one larger nylon type bag to hold all four.In my quick test it was easy to unfold and more than large enough for my 5'9", 170lb frame. I almost instantly felt the heat retention.So, if you are going to be outdoors in a cold weather climate this is a great thing to have around

I like these ponchos, they're not as good as the regular everyday ponchos I own but they will do greatly as an emergency measure.They come in their own little plastic ziplock sealed bags and with a whistle and storage bag. I gave two to my dad and put two in my car for emergencies. I tried one out and did feel quite warm in it, and started to sweat.I think this is a great little safety measure that is easily stored in the trunk or glove compartment.
