This is easy to put together. Good quality. Would be helpful with instructions/tips for success with this tool. You tube has some information that was helpful.

Great fitness hoop. I’ve wanted one for a while and chose this one. It’s quick and easy to put together. It does have a noise it makes but it doesn’t bother me as it helps you get into a rhythm. I did find it took more work to keep it swinging around than I thought. I’m not sure if it’s just this hoop or if they’re all like that. I could also be wearing it too low. It takes practice that’s for sure.

It took me a while to figure out how to actually use the thing but once I figured it out, it’s very easy to use. You can do other exercise exercises with that. You don’t have to just stick to the hula hoop action you can like bounce back-and-forth and it was hard at first to even do 10 minutes so it’s not exactly easy and it does make you sweat so it is a good workout. If you did this every day for 30 days you’re definitely gonna lose and inches. I will say the ball is pretty heavy so make sure you got enough space that you’re not going to hit anyone or anything. Easy to put together and take links out if you need to.
