I absolutely love the timer feature on the cord. Not only can I set it for 2, 4, or 6 hours (with auto-shutoff), there are three temp settings (low, medium or high). That’s great, safety-wise. I love to set my candle jars or tins on this to release their scent without “using up” the wax.The small dish you can place wax melts in is really nice. I like that the maker has given that option, even if I do t need it for that. I’ve actually placed that insert next to the sink to hold my rings as I wash the dishes—it’s attractive and well made. So I feel like I got a “two for one” with this purchase.For the price you pay, this is a steal. Highly recommended.

The short end piece, which is supposed to screw into the rest of the rod and has a pointed end for sticking to the ground, does not screw in to the rest of the rod. It has a different diameter and thread size than the rest of the rod.

Pole bends big-time with a duel fuel Coleman. Would only hang one on it. It did its job but can't imagine it will last.

I was getting annoyed because all of my camp lights either shined right into my eyeballs when sitting on the table, or rolled around, or didn't illuminate a large area without shadows. This turned out to be the perfect solution. It weighs nothing, packs down tiny, and only takes a minute to set up or tear down. In the photo, I've just used the second hook to hang the storage bag and other pieces not in use (the ground stake and another pole segment that would raise it an additional 12-ish inches). I can now see much better when eating or doing jigsaw puzzles.FYI, the table in the photo is the Anbte Aluminum 2ft Small Folding Table Adjustable Height 24" x 16":https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09224KDGB/I love it because it packs down tiny and is adjustable in height. (Not an affiliate link, just sharing because I think it's a great table.)
