Purchased this as a lightweight item for a recent trip to southern Europe in February. This rain jacket was incredible. We had one day of significant downpour and it kept me completely dry! I really liked the simple way the hood cinched and stayed in place, and the small visor on the hood worked really well. On other days we experienced wind and fluctuating temperatures. This jacket served as a great final layer to help stop colder winds. The jacket folds up into itself - part of the mesh lining on the back of a pocket. It was easy to stuff into my day bag or to tie to anything. Best purchase in a long time and I expect will serve me well for years.

I live in the south and this is exactly the shell I needed because we get so much rain but it’s hot as hell. I love the tucked away hood, it’s super easy to unravel while wearing, and then just roll it and Velcro it later once it’s all dry. There are elastic drawstrings to tighten the hood around your face, and the zip comes all the way up to the collar. I wear a women’s 22/24 and the 3x fits well.

Columbia es una garantía en impermeables, el color es encantador, tal como se muestra en la página, no tiene forro como otros rompevientos, pero es ligero y funcional para tardes lluviosas, la calidad de Columbia siempre es una garantía.

I love these jackets. Very thin, but you never get wet in these. Such a cute color and is exactly as pictured.

I bought this in a 3X and typically wear a 2X. I bought the bigger size because I wanted it for layers and thos material obviously does not stretch. I purchased it to have in my car if I'm out and about and we get surprise rain. I did not purchase it to use as a ultra watertight jacket for biking or the sort as some reviews reference. The jacket appears well made and is about what I expected. I am glad I ordered a 3X because a 2X would probably not fit. The arms at the top are a little smaller than I like. Wearing a hoodie under it is pushing it some. The arms are really long but they have velcro at the wrists so I can make sure they don't go beyond my wrist. I wore it once in the rain and it held up well. It was not a downpour so maybe it would have leaked under those conditions. I had gotten mine when it was on a sale and for the price I paid it was worth the money. If it was more expensive I probably would have considered if I could find something that was a little better fit.
