Worked out of the box fory Dell Precision laptop. I connected two display port monitors and a third usbc monitor. Added a mouse, keyboard, ethernet, and a couple USB sticks. Make sure thunderbolt is enabled in your laptop, it wasn't on mine

I wouldn't recommend this product as mine broke within 6 months of usage , Amazon was kind enough to accept it back as the service centre declined warranty for the refurbished product .Both the docks I recieved had faulty power button .As long as it worked , the rest of the features worked really well , but the first dock I got had broken internal fan which lead to overheating and the second one died after 6 months .I would say either but the wd22tb or use a cheaper dock.

Great renewed product, a few very minor cosmetic blemishes bit nothing serious, works great with my 2018 Dell XPS thunderbolt 3 laptop with 4K touch screen. Need to read the manual to understand the power on behavior (fan runs for a few seconds), power button function (works same as laptop power function for DELL computers ONLY) and what connections support what resolutions - for 2 external 4K 3840 x 2160 @60Hz displays must use the usbc Thunderbolt and either the display port or hdmi port. With this dock I now have my laptop and my 2 external monitors all running at 4K - 3840 by 2160 at 60Hz.

El dock llegó con cargador genérico, no funcionaba el botón de encendido y ya se veía maltratado. En mi caso no funcionó el puerto usb c frontal, quizás sólo fue mala suerte. Va de regreso.
